Tim Miller on yoga practice

It seems like it is a bit of a Tim Miller day. We’ve had his weekly blog post, Bobbie had what appears to have been an awesome Mysore practice with him — judging from a quick phone call, anyway — and now there’s this video of Tim talking about yoga practice.
