A few words on inner strength from David Swenson

If you haven’t seen this quick talk from the Omega Institute, David Swenson’s website has just put it up:

This is what I guess you’d call “classic David.” Subtly deep and penetrating; he always has such a casual air — sort of the “you can do it!” attitude — that I’m at times caught off-guard by his insights. He isn’t draped in beads or anything like that; but he’s continuing to spread this word and the value of Ashtanga and yoga worldwide. (Seriously, check out his travel schedule. It’s flat out all out.)

The video has had 20,000+ views. Not too bad.
