Mercury day poetry: Pray tell me, whose dog are you?

July 11, 2012

In keeping with the anti-serious theme for a bit, here’s one of my all-time favorite poems, by one of my all-time favorite poets: Alexander Pope.

Pope, via the Poetry Foundation

Think of Pope as the Stephen Colbert of the late 1600s to mid 1700s.

Here you go: Enjoy.
