In honor of Bobbie’s upcoming Second Series teacher training with Tim Miller — happening this month, and, yes, I do believe she’s going to write about it (and I’ll write about my week on the beach in Encinitas) — I think we’ll start a run of Second Series poses.

It’s incredible how easy they make this look! It makes me think I should find it that effortless, and then I get to my mat…
These are good, especially the D. Garrigues. I really like his breakdown of the phases of the jump. Very helpful to think of the forward magnetic pull. Also, I think I’ve assumed the end form is the knee in the armpits, when in fact it is not.
