I’m going to play it safe this week and go with well-known Ashtanga teachers; no way there can be too much wrong in these videos, then, right? (Well, maybe.)

    Great choices Steve. I think you would have to go pretty far and wide to find a teacher outside of Ashtanga actually even address this pose, but I might be wrong about that. Better safe than sorry. BTW, I almost never say that.
