Friday asana aid: Handstands
This week, we’re moving away from the silent, steady, sturdy sadhana version of Ashtanga to its acrobatic, flashy side.
Handstands!
You know them. You love hate them. When done during Navasana, they are impressive as all get out.
Are they required? No. They are definitely an add-on, an extra pizzazz. But they can be fun. And scary.
So let’s dispense with some fear, shall we?
