New to yoga? ‘Just begin wherever you are’

As we mentioned a little while back, Richard Freeman’s Yoga Workshop webpage went through a recent revamp.

Leading the page right now is a link to resources for those new to yoga. (And, admit me, we all remain new to yoga, right?) “Inhale, Exhale, (Repeat). If you’re new to yoga, that’s all you need to know how to do.”

Would it were so simple, right? Well, here’s a little more (from a separate webpage):

Don’t be nervous everyone has to start somewhere so we’re making it easy. From the very young to the very old, from the very stiff to the very flexible, everyone can practice yoga. Just begin wherever you are. We have a lot of great resources as well as some suggestions below to help get you on your way to a happy and safe practice:
