Year in Review: Where you came from and what you were looking for

Part two of two of our look back at 2014. This time we’ll highlight the search terms that brought readers here and where they came from.

Top search terms:

10. “derek ireland.”

9. “ashtanga blog”

8. “kino macgregor criticism”

7. “ashtanga yoga blog”

6. “counfluence countdown” (lots of spelling errors!)

5. “the confluence countdown”

4. “sandy harrington/ashtanga yoga”

3. “ashtanga yoga confluence”

2. “ashtanga yoga confluence blog” (reminder — we have no official connection to the Confluence)

1. “confluence countdown”

And where you all came from:

Facebook is far out front, about six times Twitter, which in terms was about 15 times greater than the string of blogs and webpages like damngoodyoga, yogadork and kinoyoga. Facebook is still king for traffic, for those interested in such blogging/online metrics.
