Reflections from a weekend workshop with Tim Miller

We’re on a bit of a Tim Miller roll here. Now, if we only could get down to Encinitas to see him.

In the meantime, this review of a recent Tim workshop in Charlottesville will have to suffice:

Mysore started on Friday at 3pm, and I was in that first group.  We all said the opening chant together and the intention was felt immediately.  I’ve never done opening chant that slowly. It was wonderful. The adjustments I received from Tim in Down dog and Parivritta Trikonasana made me feel lighter in my hands. In fact, on the second side in P. Trikonasana (my super unstable side), after the 5th breath Tim stepped back and I wobbled like crazy, but Tim guided me up to standing in such a way that it felt like we were dancing and he unfurled me!

Read it all at the link. Sounds like another satisfied Tim customer.
