Be a pal and maybe buy this new Lino Miele video

Back in April, we pointed to a trailer for an upcoming Lino Miele video.

Well, now you can get the full video. Info is at Ashtanga.com:

Lino Miele is a world-renowned teacher of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. He was one of the closest students of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Lino is the director of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Rome and its affiliates in Milan, Tallinn, Montana and Buenos Aires. Today, he teaches workshops and retreats all over the world. In September 2014, he came to Stuttgart to give a 3-day intensive workshop and exclusive interview.

In this documentary, you see Lino Miele in his unique manner talking about the essence of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system and how it can change your life. You get to know him as a teacher and how he works individually with the student. Yoga students also talk about their experiences with Ashtanga Yoga and the impact it has on their lives. Overall, you gain a deeper understanding of what Ashtanga Yoga is and how it works. This documentary is valuable for beginner as well as more experienced students.

The workshop and interview were organized by Farzad Ahmadpour and Phelia Robertson, owners of Ashtanga Yoga Stuttgart.

Here’s the trailer again to get you interested:

One thing the info above notes: The video is available only in PAL DVD format, and it suggests you check your DVD player first. It also includes a link to lists of which countries use which form because we still, apparently, are plagued by the ghost of BETA past. I mean, really?

If anyone has already gotten their hands on this video, I’m certainly curious what you think.

The video is 70 minutes long and costs $25.

(Also, please note what I did in that headline.)
